Alfie as a sphynx

I went to Blackford Pond this afternoon for the first time in weeks but there wasn't a great deal going on. The cygnets are huge, unsurprisingly, but I didn't see any other baby birds. I did see some young rats though, which wasn't a good sign. There were a large number of rats at one time and then various measures were taken which seemed to get rid of them, although I guess that was never going to be permanent. I enjoyed sitting in the sun and reading on a bench.
