weekend ride

This morning I went riding with the bicycling club of the city. They are a bunch of cool guys with some fancy bikes (Gary Fishers and Treks). I used to boast about my bike and enthusiasm for biking in my office. But today, I was completely humbled by my fellow-riders. They are fast, fun and dedicated bikers. The leader of the group chalked out a route which is towards the same area I went biking last weekend. But this time we took a different turn. We rode through the greens, on the red soil, through puddles of rain water. There was some high speed off-roading involved, which was fun. I am sure going with them again sometime in future.

Rest of the day is planned for planning of a big event next week and later, a play in the town. Have a great weekend folks!
