I think its a tic

On this poor little birds head.  I saw it this morning and thought it looked a bit scruffy but not until I viewed the photo didI spot the tic.

A reasonable day, weather wise, and so I managed to get the new cill section glued and screwed in place and plugged the screw holes with dowel pegs.  No work tomorrow as its boiler service and yet another trip up tp Barnstaple to the dentist - I'm getting to know the A361 well!
