My baby is growing up. He has been with me since he fledged and I am constantly surprised that he has been able to evade my cats!
Today I have made jam from the last of the plums. The kitchen smells lovely. I also adjusted some redcurrrent jam that I made a few months ago. It had set too solidly so I just reheated it and added a little water.Unorthodox but it worked and still tastes good.
