Gladioli

At long last I have got a gladioli to flower and its my favourite colour.
A very quiet day and I woke up late. I did go shopping, hung out washing but had to bring some in when it started to rain. I did visit Lynne who is doing well now she he has given up the codeine as it didn't agree with her, don't blame her it's awful. I didn't stay long, another friend is staying with her again tonight. 
Nights are definitely drawing in and I find them cooler. I have to put my thick cardi on in an evening.
