From sheep to pride

Leaving Yorkshire Dales National Park after a great hike, the last three day. It has been just a nice as expected and english people must be the most friendly and helpful people I have met.
We took a taxi from Buckden to Ilkley and the train from there to Manchester. I had booked rooms at Manchester Native and we got an appartment with two bedrooms and I really loved the style. We happened to be right in the midle of a several days pride party in Gay Village. It could not have been a larger contrast to cows, sheep and silence along river Wharfe ;)
