Greater periwinkle

Spotted on todays adventure when The Boss decided to explore the "Southern Walkway" which runs from Mount Victoria to Houghton Bay and is a really great walk.
We set out at 9 this morning and were back in our favourite Cafe with the Bossess after 1pm which included some time chatting  to the driver of  a bus at Island Bay who was having his lunch break but was happy to offer us a seat.  19,900 staggers (12 Km) and 28 floors of height change.

Oh and I should mention that we started at the top of Mt Victoria. A bus goes there...... (The Boss was the only one on it)
