thursday night = climbing night

Over winter I meet up with friends at one of the Dunedin high school climbing gyms every Thursday to play a bit of vertical chessfor am hour or so. It's a great way to clear my mind.

Each time I climb, it makes me think of one of my best friends' (Carl) advice: that to climb well a climber should never hear their hands or feet contacting the wall - it's a great challenge and one I'm trying to apply to the rest of my life.
