Summer holiday 2023 day 4

Beach day today and we decided to investigate Saundersfoot beach as it looked like a nice beach with a few shops near by...for ice cream.

It was a bit cloudy but dry at least and you have to make the most of these things. Owen certainly didn't seem to mind in his new wet suit*, and his confidence in the sea has really grown with him wanting to try body boarding today. It'll be full on surfer dude by next year.

After all that exertion there was -obviously- ice cream treat time* before we had to drag the beach stuff up the beach to avoid the incoming tide. Once we decided it was time to pack up and load the car we met up with the others and headed back to the beach because they'd not had chance to join us earlier.
