13 Degrees C  -  14 mph WNW Wind Speed  -  24 mph Gusts  -  Cloudy  -  Sunny Intervals.  Shopping in Govan Shopping Centre  -  always a good place for people watching.  I blipped this view earlier this year when it was still at ground level  -  now look at it way up high.  It is being build on a former Car Park so some of the locals are not very pro it!
