I had an extremely painful back of knee issue started yesterday making walking unpleasant. Think it is hip related (deferred pain) remembering this was an issue before my replacement op. the other side. Two Ibuprofen later I was intending going a walk until the heavy showers started. Typical, I watered the containers this morning as they were quite dry.
