All Good To Go
Little waiting this time. Different part of the hospital, same experts nevertheless. All went well according to the surgeon. The nurses were happy with things also, and so was I when I was finally offered some food and a cup of tea. Absolute Godsend. Tuna sandwiches never tasted so good! Not sure about the compression socks though. I felt like David Bellamy in my beigey green shorts and knobbly knees, and Crocs (easy on, easy off). See the extra if you dare. The usual discomfort followed along with a rather fuzzy/numb little right finger: assuming this is frim the drip/injections. A funny bone from hell.
I was out by gone six.
