Yellow Swarming Fly

This is a new one for me and, at no more than 3mm long, definitely fits Tiny Tuesday. It is a species of fruit fly and apparently they can form big swarms that look like smoke and invade buildings. This one was all alone though and, as it was in my garden, I hope it stays that way.
