‘Power Dome’

This photo is of one of the power domes that I have. They go into my ears and are at the end of the wire leading to my hearing aids. Actually, there are two domes, one inside the other. The extra dome increases the amount of sound going into the aids, rather than leaking around it - essential if your hearing is as bad as mine!

They must be replaced every few months:- a rather fiddly operation and quite a challenge for people with limited dexterity!
