Breakfast
Porridge for breakfast with added grated apple, cinnamon, walnuts, chia, pumpkin, flax and linseeds and a sprinkling of turmeric and black pepper. I was a little naughty today, having a swirl of leftover double cream from the weekend instead of my usual kefir.
