Blipmeet and More

After many years of being blip buddies, today I actually met Veronica49. Distance has been a bit of an issue - she was in Scotland and now in Ireland, whereas I was in Buckinghamshire so logistics were against us.

As J and I are motorhoming in Ireland, we made a point of meeting Veronica. What a delightful lady. She gave us lunch in her Monastery (not what you imagine from past history lessons) and we had a lovely chat; we even took Pepper in, who wasn't at all fazed by her unusual surroundings. This really is one of the delights of blip, to actually meet up with a blip buddy

After meeting Veronica, we headed in the direction of the Cliffs of Moher. We did visit last year but the mist was so bad we didn't actually see them! Better visit today - although not the best light.

Surprisingly, it's quite OK to camp overnight in their car park. So we are doing just that. The weather is rough tonight but, if things calm down, we may go in and have another look first thing at the cliffs in better light!
(There are also two other vans here overnight.)

So a really great day.
