Sports day... part 2

Yesterday's rain had gone away and the races commenced.

Much running and jumping, three legged and one legged, sacks and bean bags, some cheating, an oscar style winner's speech, lots of laughing and teachers reaping revenge for a year of classroom antics by coming up with the most awkward races possible.

Highlight of which has to have been the crawling races. The sight of gangly P7 kids trying to get their knees and hands co-ordinated to move at speed will keep me laughing for a while.

Mind, teachers beware, revenge should be thought through as the consequences of this was a lunch hour spent scrubbing knees and patching up grazes.
