Fall

Fall is a word we use for autumn. Yesterday I saw some leaves changing. This morning I was in a meeting where someone was insisting it isn't Fall, she isn't ready for Fall. Then we all had to go around and introduce ourselves. I let her know that just this morning I took a picture of a multicolored fallen leaf. 

You remember that my bathroom glass spontaneously and mysteriously broke? Months ago? And we got quotes and they were all for FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS? In addition to that, they would only provide opening doors, not sliding glass doors, and given the shape of the bathroom, the location of the walls, this was not ok. Karen finally found someone to make us a sliding glass door for $600. Today it was finally installed. For that amount of money, totally worth using a big plastic sheet for months. 

Russia said there has been a drone attack on the airport of the north-western city of Pskov. It is 600 km from Ukraine, close to Estonia. A fire broke out, two planes burst into flames. 
A Russian lieutenant colonel was killed by a drone while mowing his lawn. He was anti-corruption police so who knows who really killed him. 
Russia had a new PREDEL-E coastal radar system in the Kherson region. I don't know what was so special about it, but they don't have it anymore, thanks to HIMARS.
