European Victory

This is the 2010 Golf Course in Newport, South Wales where Europe reclaimed the Ryder Cup from the USA. This shot was taken early on Thursday morning as me and one of our sons, Andrew, arrived for the practice day; which is great because you're allowed cameras unlike the match days.

As it happened we went back on Friday but only saw less than an hour of play as the heavy rain meant a delay, with the tournament finally concluding on Monday.

It was still great to be there and made it even better when we watched it on the TV.
