Out of quarantine

Rained off and on all day but I managed to sneak in a quick bike ride to Bass Lake at lunchtime. It was good to saddle up again and my foot did well, but my cardio has definitely declined. Fortunately the cardio stuff recovers more quickly than bone stuff.
The stray kitten we are fostering kept getting its paws stuck under the collar Nina bought for it. We finally brought her out of quarantine and Edgar did really well. He spent a bunch of time bathing her and for the most part she seemed to tolerate it if not like it.
I made some chicken soup for dinner with leftovers from the fridge. It wasn’t great. Everyone ate some but there’s still a lot left. So much for cleaning out the fridge.
