Mushrooms

A quick wander in the woods this morning - and I found these lovely little fungi growing against a partially buried tree root. It was still very dark - not long after sunrise really - so I had to use a little flash to illuminate them

Then I walked to Wetherby (4.5 miles) to get some bits from the supermarket, including mushrooms - then (ta-ra!) I gave my shiny new Senior Bus Pass its first outing to get home again. Pleased to say it worked - otherwise it would have been a long walk with the shopping. Fear not, I did have some cash with me, so I could have paid the fare!
