Starling Dodd

Over to Ennerdale today - the biggest surprise was that they've installed pay & display machines in what was a free car park.

Did Herdus (Birkett) and the two Wainwrights of Great Borne and Starling Dodd, walked almost to the top of Red Pike, before taking the path back down to Ennerdale. 

We were treated to some really spectacular cloud formations over Pillar - as you can see in the pic.
