Chinese Zither

Walking up Buchanan Street to the subway I spotted this lovely Chinese girl playing her musical instrument. I had to ask her what it was. I suppose it has a Chinese name but to make it easy for me she called it a Chinese Zither.

I remember, in my young days in the late 50s and 60s watching Shirley Abicair the Australian born singer and musician playing the zither …. B&W in those days.
