We're just off to Stoke-on-Trent for the Staffordshire Schools Athletics Finals. Rob is competing in the shotput and the discus having qualified last month. The weather forecast is good and we've packed a picnic! It's a full day of competition though and we will have to rush back as Rob has another football presentation to go to tonight!

Lucy is off to work and then has a fancy dress party to go to later.....she's going as an Indian Squaw so fringed dress and facepaints at the ready!

Apologies now if I don't get to comment much today, I will definitely look and leave stars!
