Inside Sun

Bit damp outside but the Sunflowers inside certainly bring some cheerful colour. 
As the were grown in the U.K. l don’t feel guilty about flowers travelling by air miles.
Not a lot happening today, might call round to my GP ‘s surgery as l have a problem with my finger nails lifting from their nail bed, probably another side effect from my thyroid problems.
