Hot air

After three days of photographing racing cars it was a very different task for Tuesday evening. Climbing into a hole in the floor of the parish church with a couple of light panels and a camera to photograph the old heating system. A coal fired oven from which hot air was piped up the aisles to warm the church, the verger would have worked hard to keep the oven stoked especially in a cold winter. This is the last chance to see this as in a couple of weeks the whole space will be filled with concrete as part of the building project.
