Is this the reason we've only got 1 fish left?

I was so angry to see the neighbour's cat fishing in our pool this morning. I made sure he went home very quickly and HICOF was pleased to get this shot as I made my dash down the garden. It is now raining so our trip to the market is off and I can snooze away the day. HICOF would like to know what this is please. There are a few more pics with it.
