Tweed Island

Tweed Island causes so much controversy.  Some people really object to its presence and it was removed a few years ago.  However it just reformed and as you can see, it now has trees growing on it.

We had a visit from Mr and Mrs Puke and Mrs P’s sister this afternoon.  It was great to catch up

Tomorrow is the Eddleston Horticultural Show.  Mark took some of his vegetables and I took some of my homemade jam to the Eddleston village hall to be included in the competition
