The "G"

This is the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) or affectionately known as "The G"
Not my first choice for the 200th Blip; however I attended and AFL (Aussie Rules Football) match and was one of 82,000 plus spectators at the Essendon v Carlton clash. It also coincided with their 140 year Anniversary when they first clashed back in 1873. Essendon won this encounter by 5 points. This image was taken well before many of the patrons arrived. A very memorable game I might add.....
