Finished!

At last and painted so should be good for a few more years. Weather delayed work a bit but pleased with the repair.

The joys of being a not wealthy landlord and thus do most of the repairs/maintenance myself. Next task is to try and get new kitchen mixer tap cartridges. Always a pain as there are so many different sorts. Even G (gas service plumber) wished me luck with a big smile saying been there and it’s always involved visiting various merchants to obtain the right one.

Why couldn’t they stick to easy rubber washers?
