Marching

Long time since I'd been on a march - this one headlined as being for independent Scotland in the EU. Seemed like a lot of folk to me, but impossible to assess from the ground.

From top left, clockwise:
Waiting on Johnson Terrace for the off (we were standing around waiting for over an hour, which was quite tedious).
A lady walking in front of us with her own wee sign.
Too many flags to see the people down the Canongate!
The High Court on the left, the Tron in the distance.

There were speeches going on down by the Parly but my feet had had enough of standing around by then, so I sneaked off to Abbeyhill and found a no 34 bus.
