Gorgie/Dalry Gala Day

Running rest-day today, so managed to find a bit of time to get down to the Gorgie/Dalry Gala Day ...

... got there just in time to see the official opening, and 33 balloons being released to mark the 33rd year of this much-loved local Gala event :-)

The weather - quite remarkably for Edinburgh - remains completely stunning. Long may it last!

Back to a running-day tomorrow (Sunday) ... start of Week 3 and the mileage will be upped ever so slightly :-(
