Show time

This morning I demolished our old summerhouse in preparation for a new one we ordered a few days ago . It was a good place to chat with the neighbours (extras). 

Later we went to the Eddleston Horticultural Show where I'd entered some veg and Jane her jam.  She got first for her excellent plum jam and my rhubard came second. I was gutted that neither my Pink Fir Apples (5 coloured potatoes category) or very smart asparagus peas (other vegetable category) were placed. Our visitor,  who comes from the Middle East, found the event an interesting cultural experience!
