Getting your ducks in a row

Up early to do Willen Lake parlkrun. This is the second time we have done the run and we both improved our times. Hurrah! We met Tracy, who we had a chat with on our last visit, and her friend Ian. Mrs Soup has been keeping in touch with Tracy over the interveining year, so it was good to have a face to face natter over a cup of coffee.

Following the run we retraced our steps and took a closer look at the Peace Pergoda and (what Mrs S named) Mini Stonehenge. The lake and surrounding area is well worth a visit, if you can find your way around all the roundabouts in MK.

Later we shall be off to see our friends David (who introduced me to Blipfoto) and Carole for a pizza supper.
