Golden Cap
Stopped off at the farm shop in Morecombelake for a quick lunchtime snack and couldn't resist a blip of the view south across Lyme Bay - stunning scenery!
The hill and cliff to the left of the shot is Golden Cap - so called because of its compostion of rock and golden greensand - situated between Bridport and Charmouth.
Believe it ot not, the cliff here at 191m is the highest point on the south coast of Great Britain - even higher than Beachy Head.
I am so very grateful to live in such a beautiful part of the country.
