Critters be gone!

The boss is not happy. (What's that saying about happy wife......?.)
Too many "critters" raccoons, cats etc, stalk everyone's wheelie bins to try and get inside them. Raccoons especially, are smart creatures and work in teams to topple bins, open lids and so on.
Anyhow, she found a non harmful product designed to deter all the nighttime visiting party animals.
Let's see if it works.
In other news, after a typical weekend mega breakfast, the plan was to replace an existing outdoor  motion detector security light 10 ft up on the garage. This was the only one that fit the requirement of being attached to a junction box as I was not prepared, (or capable), of re-wiring the whole bloody garage.
I don't feel particularly safe or confident on top of a step ladder any more especially when I'm doing something I'm not very good at, but hey, a happy wife and all that.
Having turned the breaker off and got back up the ladder to take the old light down, I was somewhat miffed to find the that the new light wouldn't fit.
End of job, put everything back, and see what's for dinner.


Ah well...
