Practice makes perfect.

At the gym early this morning, as J was going out on his motorbike. Everyone was there, except Cath who is in Greece, on holiday. I was chatting to Ann (the nurse) and she was called back into work on Friday, for training for the Covid jabs which will be starting very soon, in Wales. Good to know. It was really busy in Newbridge Fields, so different from last Sunday. I started off walking wearing a hoody, but that had to come off almost immediately. The sun was on my back all the way home, although I was sweating a bit by the time I got in. I hope the sun will last for a few more weeks, we have waited long enough.
