Steam on a different scale

I popped over to Mote Park for a walk and to grab some blipfodder.

This is a model of a Thompson B1, the engine it is modelled on was withdrawn from service in December 1962 and scrapped the following month. Maidstone Model Engineering Society run their engines, and offer rides, on Sundays and Bank Holidays during British Summer Time, and they are always wonderfully turned out. I went before they started offering rides today - they start at 14:30 - so that there were plenty of engines being prepared, more opportunities for a bit of blippage. Tryfan often blips from here.
