Very hot

Our first very hot day of the holiday. This morning was Misty but warm, we ventured along the canal towpath for a short walk followed by recuperation in the garden watching the local fauna enjoying the fruits of the local flora, two hours well spent. After lunch we braved the sun to revisit the church, monastery,  associated gardens and pleasant surprise some art exhibitions. All rounded off with a half litre of local beer for me and a half litre, yes a half litre, of cider for J.
