High Tide

One of the highest tides of the year this morning so we headed over to Blakeney to see it.  In my picture, the river is on the left behind the posts, the quayside is in the middle and the road on the right, but at the highest tides they all seem to merge into one!  The posts along the quayside are to prevent boats from floating over and beaching at high tide.

A selection of other views in the extra.  It was actually a lovely, bright and sunny morning although you wouldn't think it from these; I left my polarising filter on the lens and all the shots I took came out looking dark.  I've lightened them up a bit but they still look a bit as though it was a grey morning.
