Incoming

I went out to look at the tidal bore again this afternoon at Kingholm Quay.  At a later time and quite a crowd again but then it was a Sunday afternoon and nice weather.  I started chatting to a couple nearby and then we heard a report from someone else that the bore was running late, maybe about 20 minutes behind schedule, and that it wasn't going to be up to much.  One family group gave up and left, the bore arrived about five minutes later!  In the end it was impressive and worth the wait.
