Clean house, well roof

The chap has mainly finished and we are pleased with the result.  He has done a much better job than the previous people and been very careful in his work.  We are pleased.

My new washing machine also turned up today.  Rich had taken the old one out first thing and the chaps took it away and Rich fitted the new one.  It took a while longer than expected and was a bit of a pain but all done and did a quick wash in it just to make sure it is all working and we have no leaks.
