Face inside a beet

When I changed the original colour version (see extra) to mono, I thought it looked like a seal's face - or maybe a dog. 
This is the first time I've grown this kind of beet. Here's a link to the seed package. Mine don't quite look as perfect as the ones on the package, but they taste really good. Chioggia is a town in northern Italy, south of the town where G was born.
