It's Arrived!

The vest for the Royal Parks half marathon arrived today.   Surprised that it came on a Sunday.
Steve had been to see his mum with Lottie and Millie so I had an easy day doing some washing.

After he got home I got out for a training run.   It was 2 hrs and I managed to get to 9.93miles.

I made a massive mistake of eating dinner immediately after the run which was hard work.

I was sick as a dog afterwards.  Turns out eating a full meal minutes after 2 hour runs are not a good idea.
