Ambition fulfilled

Home again! I went to the allotment after taking a morning to sort out all the emails and various admin things that I had missed by being away in Ardnamurchan. On the way past the Leith Links, I noticed (having forgotten) that it was Leith festival today.
I stopped by some of the stalls on the way home, and finally got to fulfil a long-held ambition to hold a peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus).

This afternoon, I spent most of the time backblipping the last week, starting here.
I'll probably put some extras up in Another Place tomorrow, before I leave for another week in the sun (?) digging.
