Mind and be happy

I enjoyed the beautiful walled garden at Glenarm Castle today, so much so that I was inspired to write a poem while living in the moment:

Mind and be happy,
Blipjean advised,
forget the poxy past,
the fickle future,
stay in the moment,
do yourself a favour,
think of today,
the here and now,
enjoy your life,
and mind and be happy.
