Its the Water Tower

This building is in Castle Acre and is quite famous. It features on the "Grand Designs" TV programme and has various entries on architectural  websites.
One of the published pictures is taken from exactly the same spot as I took this blip. It is a shame that in the intervening years the vegetation has grown and little of the building can be seen in my blip.
I do not know who lives in it now but ,who every they are, I am not in the least bit jealous. I have "bungalow legs" than this place has a lot of stairs
