Sunseeker

This fellow hopped across the patio this morning, stopping in a sunbeam to show off his golden eyes.

A swollen wrist and persistent itch are my fate thanks to two quick stings by an angry yellow-jacket yesterday. The itch is annoying and very hard to ignore. I can't wear my watch either due to the swelling. I hope it's less aggravating tomorrow.
