Sunset

I went for a walk with my wife this morning and, horrors! Forgot my phone! It was fine practice, but of course it meant no photo of the owl we saw or all the hummingbirds flying around the walled-in garden we spent some time peeking into. Which was fine, because I probably wouldn't have been able to get a good shot and then would have complained about it. Maybe I should work on leaving the phone behind more often.

In any case, I took it with me when I went back out in the evening with my son and got this image if the sunset. In which I'll confess to boosting the color a bit. It was still really nice though, and I managed to get back oof the slippery rocks without wiping out. A fine way to end the long weekend.
