Technically, the building has stood at Portrush’s East Strand since the 1920s when it was built by local business man R.A. Chalmers. Through the years it has served as a café, ballroom and dancehall to most recent times, continues its social space for weddings, classes in yoga and local art exhibitions.
Personally.... I love it!
